Article 1: Purpose The following articles establish the general conditions of sale for all goods and services proposed by Pottery Polska Limited on the site www.polishpotter.com These conditions constitute all the rights and obligations of both Polish Pottery shop and the customer and no others will be accepted.

Article 2: Pricing The prices indicated are those in effect at the time of ordering and subject to change without notice. The prices are expressed in PLN and we added,for convenience of our customers, indicative price in US dollars. We provide online module for conversion into other currencies at the current rate. This may result in slight difference between the amount debited from your account and the amount displayed on our currency conversion which do not include exchange rate variation applied by your bank. The transaction will be made in PLN only.

Article 3: Payment The products are exclusively paid by Visa, Master Card/Eurocard or American Express. For other payment methods, customers are required to contact us office@polishpotter.com to arrange a specific payment procedure prior to ordering.

Article 4: Delivery The products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form only after payment has been successfully processed and approved. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier shall leave a note asking to arrange for re-delivery. We will not be responsible for late collection or non-collection of our products by the customer. We only ship to locations where insurance may be issued for our merchandise outside of the European Community. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Article 5: Shipping expenses The actual shipping cost depends on the destination and selected shipping method (express or standard/economy). Before the customer confirms his/her order, the shipping cost will be quoted automatically on the check-out screen.

Article 6: VAT and import duties You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges from customs clearance are the customers responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. For further information you should contact your local customs office.

Article 7: Order Confirmation When you finish a check out process, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation. However, this does not constitute our acceptance of your order and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order after receipt of your order. Upon the validation from our server for on-line payments, you will receive an order confirmation along with an invoice number via e-mail within 24 hours following your order.

Article 8: Exchange Policy All our products are carefully inspected and verified before shipping. On the reception of the article, the customer should check the general condition of goods. For any damage in transit, you shall notify the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us by e mail or by fax at the latest 24 hours after delivery. We will replace the returned items by identical ones at our expense or reimburse the full price to the customer

Article 9: Return Policy For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product to us within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandise. All returned items must be accompanied by a return authorization code which will be sent to you upon your request via e-mail or fax. We will refund the purchase price of items returned less shipping cost and handling fees. Items must be returned in a new condition with original packaging and freight-prepaid. Special orders or custom made products are not refundable. We do not take responsibility of broken items.
