A:Yes, we combine shipping on more than one item. For your save a money we will send every additional item with $1.04 discount than regular shipping cost. For example: If you won 7 items we will combine shipping and you save $7.28 .

· Q:I have won this auction, but I have other items pending that are to close in 2 days, can I combine shipping on these? Or do you prefer payment now and then again in the 2 day conclusion of other auctions?

A: We will wait for finish of your auctions and you can pay for all items together.

· Q: I intend to bid on 16 items. Will you combine the shipping charges?

A: Yes, we will combine shipping for all your won items.

· Q: Will you use actual USPS or UPS shipping charges?

A: No, we don't use actual USPS or UPS shipping charges because your won items will be ship directly from Boleslawiec, Poland by Polish post office using priority express method. It takes about 7 days from Poland to US.

· Q: Do you have more of these items which I have bid?

A: Yes, we have got a huge inventory because our Shipping Dept. is located directly in Boleslawiec, Poland.

· Q: Will you combine shipment of items that are obtained over several days?

A: Yes, we will combine shipping for your won items but only 30 days after finish your first auction.

· Q: Do you have more that one mug in this pattern?

A: We have a lot items in the same pattern. We have got all what you want.

· Q: Is this a first quality item?

A: We sell only brand new items and all items are in hight quality in Poland called Gat. 1.

· Q: Who is the manufacturer?

A: We sell Polish Pottery from the most famous manufacturers in Boleslawiec like Manufaktura, Zaklady, Dana, Art Ceramics, Art Pottery, Andy etc.

· Q: I am interested in 3 additional cups and saucers in the same Peacock pattern as the one I have won. What would shipping cost is I could get them all in the same shipment?

A: We can ship any additional items with your won item.

· Q: How can pay for the products in your shop?

A: The best way is to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and others). You can also pay by wire transfer or money order. Back to Top

· Q: Are there any hidden costs?

· Q: Is there a limit quantity of products I want to buy with one order?

A: There is no limit at all; You can buy either one spoon or the whole container. Back to Top

· Q: How is the shipping cost fixed?

· Q: What is the quickest shipping method?

A: There are three options each time you place an order: Economy, Standard and Express. Economy is by ship, Standard is by plane and Express is by DHL. Back to Top

· Q: Why is the shipping cost the same for all three methods of transport when placing an order for over $250?

A: Each order which is for the amount of $250 or more is considered as commercial order and it is send by Express. ex. This method takes 18 days to sent your products from Poland to the USA. Back to Top

· Q: Will my ceramic arrive in perfect condition?

A: Yes, your ceramic is always packed very carefully using thick carton, bubble foil and styrofoam. Back to Top

· Q: Is your ceramic dishwasher safe?

A: Yes, it is dishwasher, oven, freezer and microwave safe. Back to Top

· Q: Are your products healthy?

A: Yes, they are lead and cadium free. Back to Top

· Q: Why the patterns are sometimes slightly different and shapes not always perfectly even?

A: Our ceramic is made totally by hand - no machines are used. That is why there are possible slight imperfections. Back to Top

· Q: On the products I received there were some stickers "Gat 1" and "Kat 1". What do they mean?

A: It means your products are the first quality. So, the products you received has undergone quality control in our shipping department. Back to Top

· Q: What does a word "UNIKAT" on the bottom of my ceramic mean?

A: "UNIKAT" is the Polish word for "unique" and it means that the product you have received is unique. Back to Top

· Q: I have ordered from you previuosly and the shipping price was less because I live in Germany. Can you tell me how you determine the shipping amount to Germany?

A: We use the Polish Post. Before, we were crossing the border and shipping with the German Post. We ran into a lot of customs problems and have gone back to shipping from Poland. In addition, we have to base our shipping prices on the EURO. When the dollar gets weaker (like now) then the shipping price goes up. The Polish Currency (Zloty) is based on the EURO because next year we will be in the EU. Back to Top
